Will I have to move out during the project?
For kitchen-only or bath-only work, no. We phase the job and protect your living space. For whole-home remodels and large additions, most clients move out for the heaviest 4 to 8 weeks. We talk through this during the consult so there are no surprises.
Does Fortress handle the permits and inspections?
Every single one. Drawings, city submittals, every inspection, and final sign-off are all on us. You never deal with Phoenix, Scottsdale, or Tempe permit offices.
